In collaboration with OCS and Cubic Boston, InnoSTARS Boston preliminary competition was successfully completed yesterday, offering an opportunity for 19 pre-selected technology companies to present their innovations and readiness for the China market.
The US China Innovation Alliance (UCIA) hosted the third US China Innovation and Investment Summit (UCIS) along with the second InnoSTARS pitch competition in Houston, Texas on May 14th and 15th, 2018. This year’s InnoSTARS competition had 135 companies pitch their technology through a rigorous process of prescreening and judging, 35 companies from Houston have been selected to advance to the industry finals in China.

On May 18th, InnoSTARS San Francisco preliminary competition was successfully completed, offering an opportunity for 20 pre-selected early-stage technology companies to present their innovations and readiness for the China market. The competing companies presented innovations spanning a broad range of industries, including: Environmental Technology, Renewable Energy and New Materials, Information and Communication Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Augmented/Virtual Reality.

The following seven companies will move onto the InnoSTARS semi-final round taking place in China this fall while participating in an all-expense paid innovation road trip.
