2018 US CHINA INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT SUMMIT

MAY 14 – 15

The Westin Houston, Memorial City

945 Gessner Houston, TX 77024

The US China Innovation and Investment Summit (UCIS) provides a unique opportunity for U.S.-based technology companies to connect with investors, strategic partners, leading incubators/accelerators, and professional services firms from China. This is the platform for companies to leverage significant resources from China to accelerate their growth and to expand their market potential.

UCIS was listed to be the one of the key programs in the science and technology area for the first U.S.-China Social and Cultural Dialogue (SCD) which was co-chaired by former U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and former Chinese Vice Premier Liu Yandong on September 28, 2017, in Washington. D.C. President Donald Trump and President Xi Jinping launched the SCD in April 2017, at Mar-a-Lago.

The UCIS aims to:

  • Facilitate collaboration between innovative technology companies, venture capitalists, private equity investors, startup accelerators, and incubators
  • Help Chinese investors access and invest in the first class technologies and products located in the U.S.
  • Help U.S.-based technology companies source investors and partners who can help them to access the Chinese market
